1. How subscriptions are billed
Subscriptions are billed monthly in US dollars and renew automatically on the same date each month until you cancel. Cancelling stops future renewals, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Every paid plan adds credits in two separate ways: a monthly block granted at the start of each billing period, and a small extra allowance granted once a day. The monthly block expires when the period ends and does not roll over. The extra daily allowance expires at the next daily reset and does not accumulate.

The Free column is shown for comparison only. Free is not a paid subscription and receives no monthly block. It gets the shared free daily allowance described in section 6, which paid plans receive as well.
2. How credit packs are billed
A credit pack is a one-time purchase. It is not a subscription, it never renews, and you are never charged again.
Pack credits are added to your account as soon as the payment is confirmed and never expire. They are spent last: only after every free, bonus and subscription credit has been used (see section 4).

The larger the pack, the lower the price per credit. The three packs give 30, 35 and 40 credits per US dollar respectively.
3. What each task costs
Credits are reserved when a task starts and settled at the exact amount when it finishes. If a task fails before it produces a result, the reserved credits are returned to the balances they came from.
Durations are charged per minute and always rounded up to a whole minute: a file that is 2 minutes 30 seconds long is charged as 3 minutes. Speech to text has a fixed base cost per file, and each of the other tools has its own base cost.

A summary is charged separately from the transcription it is based on. Transcribing a one hour recording costs 62 credits, and summarising the resulting text is charged on top of that.
4. Which credits are spent first
Credits are held in five separate balances. Every task draws from them in the fixed order below, and only moves on to the next balance once the previous one is empty.
The order runs from the credits that expire soonest to the credits that never expire, so that a credit is never left unused while a shorter-lived one is still available.

5. When credits expire
The daily reset happens at 16:00 UTC, which is 00:00 Beijing time (UTC+8). Every daily allowance, free and subscription alike, expires at that moment.
Bonus credits from registration, referrals and social tasks are valid for 90 days from the moment they are added. Bonus credits share a single expiry date per account: adding new bonus credits moves that date forward for the whole bonus balance. We therefore promise only that bonus credits stay valid for 90 days from acquisition, not a separate expiry date per credit. Purchased pack credits never expire.

6. Free credits and usage limits
You do not need an account to try the tools. Anonymous visitors get 10 credits per day, limited to 3 tasks and 5 uploads per day.
A registered account gets 20 free credits per day, a one-time bonus of 50 credits on registration, 50 credits for each friend who signs up, and 30 credits for each social task you complete, up to 90 in total.
Free credits are per day, not per month: the unused part of your balance is cleared at the next daily reset and is not added to the following day.

7. Frequently asked questions
Do purchased credit packs expire?
No. Credits bought in a pack never expire and stay in your account until you use them. They are always spent last, after your free, bonus and subscription credits.
Do monthly subscription credits roll over?
No. The monthly block is added at the start of each billing period and expires when that period ends. Unused monthly credits are not carried into the next period.
Do the free daily credits accumulate?
No. You receive your free credits once a day, and any unused balance is cleared at the next daily reset, which is 00:00 Beijing time. Missing a day does not earn you double the next day.
Which credits are used first?
Daily free credits, then bonus credits, then subscription monthly credits, then subscription daily credits, then purchased pack credits. In other words, the credits that expire soonest are always spent first.
How much does it cost to transcribe one hour of audio?
62 credits: a base cost of 2 credits plus 1 credit for each of the 60 minutes. The smallest credit pack, 150 credits, covers about 2.4 hours of transcription.
Is the AI summary included in the transcription price?
No. Summarising is a separate task with its own charge: a base cost of 3 credits plus 1 credit per 1,000 tokens of transcript, where 1,000 tokens is roughly 4,000 characters.
What happens to my credits if a task fails?
The reserved credits are returned to the same balances they were taken from. You are only charged for tasks that finish and produce a result.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. Cancelling stops future renewals and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Credits already added to your account keep their normal expiry.
